Exigent Events is honoured to have supported PEI with their global event portfolio for almost two decades. Their annual Infrastructure Investor Global Summit is complex with a large volume of attendees and multiple rooms/streams.
Exigent assists with onsite branding, crowd management, and extensive A/V services at 4 simultaneous stages, slide presentation and video creation, and evening functions. With a long tradition of industry-leading events, delivery for PEI must be reliable, effective and innovative. Solution:
